Some instructors require that their students read important materials outside of class that are not included in the textbooks that they bought at the beginning of the semester. These can include instructor copies of DVDs, practice exams, or library books that we have limited copies of.  Instructors might also make materials available electronically via the catalog or in the course BlackBoard site.
